Defending champions T1 defeated Karmine Corp 3–1 in the League of Legends World Championship 2026 quarterfinals, eliminating Europe’s final team from the tournament.

The 7 November result secured T1 a place in the semifinals against Bilibili Gaming. T1 are now two series wins away from another world title and continue a remarkable run of reaching the Worlds semifinals in every year since 2021.

The matchup also carried recent history: the teams had split their two earlier meetings in 2026. T1 won their MSI Play-In meeting, while Karmine Corp had taken the later encounter at the Esports World Cup.

What’s next: T1 will face Bilibili Gaming for a place in the Worlds 2026 final.
